I was originally licensed as KB2NSX in upstate New York. After moving around the country with the Navy for a number of years, my family settled in Virginia and I changed my call through the Vanity program to W4KWH.

I’m a retired Master Chief Electrician’s Mate and, during my years in the Navy, served onboard USS ARKANSAS (CGN-41), USS CARL VINSON (CVN-70), USS HARRY S. TRUMAN (CVN-75), and USS ENTERPRISE (CVN-65). I’m currently located in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and (unfortunately) not active on the air at this point in time.

For QSL’ing I utilize the ARRL incoming and outgoing QSL bureau’s and will send direct via regular mail here in the US. I also submit all contacts via eQSL and Logbook of the World.

My preferred operating mode is PSK31 on 20 or 40 meters.
